Returns and Refunds

We will accept returns domestic and international if the return process is started within business 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, with tags and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus the original shipping price, and a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 10% of the original purchase price before shipping is calculated. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once again, please note that the buyer is responsible for payment of the return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
